EMDR Therapy for Burned Out Humans

I work with medical professionals, nonprofit workers, first responders, and caregivers who often feel on the edge of burnout or stuck in survival mode. My ideal clients are curious, open-minded, and ready to engage deeply in their healing process, often building on previous therapy experiences.

About

If you need space that is all yours - I've got you.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Louisiana. I’ve led teams and managed nonprofit programs for over ten years. With the perspective of this experience, combined with my personal winding path toward mental wellness, I have developed an expertise in helping adults from diverse backgrounds clarify their values, implement healthy boundaries, give attention and nurturing to their neglected parts, and move in their desired direction with increased balance and gratification. Using applied neuroscience, EMDR (for recent and ongoing trauma), somatic interventions, and parts work, I help clients recognize how past and present experiences impact their window of tolerance, reframe long-standing coping strategies, and release stored emotions. I offer flexible formats — in-person preferred, with virtual sessions available as needed — including intensive short-term work focused on specific adverse memories and group trauma processing for recent events. The goal is to restore balance, resilience, and a deeper sense of self.
